'Treasured Flavours Of Singapore'

White Rose Café’s ‘Treasured Flavours of Singapore’ à la carte buffet lunch takes on a refreshed spin from 1 January 2025, offering an expanded spread of 30 classic specialties, including the standout dish – Fish Head Curry.

New additions to the menu include Sambal Cuttlefish, Braised Pork Cartilage, Har Cheong Gai, Eggplant with Minced Pork in Claypot, Stir-fried Shanghai Green with Garlic, Lady Finger with Cincalok Sauce, and Oyster Omelette.

Classic offerings such as Sambal Kang Kong, Chap Chye, Chicken Masala, Beef Rendang, and a delightful array of desserts are sure to satisfy every palate!
