York Hotel Singapore is delighted to present the next installment of our SG60 Heritage Dining Series - "Soulful Taste of Hokkien Delights", a culinary tribute to Hokkien, one of Singapore's prominent Chinese dialect groups. Guests can look forward to indulging in eight classic Hokkien dishes known for their robust and comforting flavours.
Highlights from this limited-time menu are Crispy Oyster Omelette (S$18*), Braised Hokkien Mee (S$20*), Claypot Fish Head Soup with Yam (S$22*), and Sugar Glazed Yam and Sweet Potato Sticks (S$10*). In addition to this special menu, our classic D-I-Y Hokkien Popiah Set^ (S$35* for 6 rolls and S$65* for 12 rolls) which is also available for dine-in at White Rose Café or takeaway.
